Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Boss Collecting. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing your order

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order, please keep this email as proof of purchase.

2. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the tie it takes us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason there are any delays.

3. Shipment Locations

All items are held in our warehouse location in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia 5000.

4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates

​We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of your order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. 

​Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

5. Tracking Options

Boss Collecting aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package.

6. Damages

If there is any damage to the package on delivery, contact us immediately at bosscollecting@gmail.com

7. Missing or Lost Packages 

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We've found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Boss Collecting politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at bosscollecting@gmail.com to report missing or lost packages.​​​​​​​

8. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • is unsafe

  • is significantly different from the sample or description

  • doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item, and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase.
